Beautiful Villa Calla is located in a quiet area. They consist of two floors with a total of four bedrooms, a large kitchen on the upper floor, a tavern with a smaller kitchen on the lower floor. It has a total of three bathrooms. A nice swimming pool is located in front of the house, as well as a gazebo where there is an outdoor grill.. Rogočana is a small village near the town of Labin, in a quiet area away from city noise. The distance to the first beach is about 5 km. Very close by is an excellent restaurant where you can eat well

About unit
The beautiful new Villa Calla has a total of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a hall, a living room and a balcony on the first floor. On the lower floor there is a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen/tavern. A beautiful swimming pool is in front of the villa, where there is also a gazebo with seating. Parking is within the villa's private grounds for two vehicles. There is a swing in the park and you can also have fun playing table tennis. The distance to the center of Labin is about 2 km, to the beaches in Rabac 6 km or 5 km to the beaches in Prtlog Bay.
Besides enjoying Villa Calle while sunbathing by the pool or relaxing under the gazebo, you can also visit the old town of Labin, which dates back to Roman times (a guided walk through the old town is organized once a week to get to know the sights). Strolling along the seafront promenade in Rabac is wonderful as there are numerous bars, restaurants, souvenir shops and lounge bars open until late at night. Excursions include, for example, a picnic with a larger boat on the island of Cres, a visit to the Roman amphitheater in Pula by car or a visit to the old town of Rovinj, which also has an interesting history to offer.
